Acceptance

By registering and playing on KinVegas you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must play from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal.
• You may hold one account only; duplicate accounts are closed.
• The personal data you provide must be true and up to date.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are managed from your Wallet, using the methods made available there. Identity verification (KYC) may be requested before your first withdrawal. KinVegas charges no fees of its own on crypto withdrawals; network fees may apply.

Bonuses

Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, shown when you claim it. Bonus hunting and any abusive play pattern lead to cancellation of the bonus and confiscation of related winnings.

Fair play

Game outcomes are determined by certified RNGs and cannot be manipulated. In case of a proven malfunction, the affected rounds are void.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Activity carried out with your credentials is considered yours.

Account closure

KinVegas may close accounts in cases of fraud, money laundering or multi-accounting. After 12 months of inactivity the account may be closed and remaining funds refunded to their source.

Changes

Any change to these terms is announced at least 15 days before it takes effect.
